The Hedera (ivy). Who does not know it? It has been one of the most planted climbing plants for years. The reason for this is that these climbers are very easy to maintain and remain beautifully green during the winter. Excellent to camouflage an ugly wall or shed, but also as a (winter) green separation between you and your neighbours. The most common species are the Helix and the Hibernica, of which the Hibernica is the fastest growing. However, there are many more varieties in all kinds of different leaf colours and shapes. For example, we also have the Goldheart (yellow/fur), Gloire de Marengo (Algerian ivy) and the Dentata Variegata (large variegated leaves).
