Hydrangea Petiolaris, also called climbing hydrangea. For years one of the most popular climbing plants. Logical, because we think it is very easy to maintain, does well in the shade and is a distant relative of the normal Hydrangea. That is probably also the reason for its fresh green leaves and beautiful white umbels. What makes the Hydrangea even easier to maintain is that it climbs upwards by means of self-adhesive roots on the branches. It therefore needs little help. You can keep this plant in good shape by pruning it properly. The Hydrangea will grow to a maximum height of about 5 metres.
